Verlink is an operational intelligence platform that enables organizations to build, execute, and manage standardized business processes. The platform captures knowledge and compliance proof as a natural byproduct of work execution.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You retain all rights to the data you submit to the platform. We do not claim ownership over your content, templates, or operational data. We process your data solely to provide the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: unauthorized access to other accounts, interference with system operations, or use of the Service for any unlawful purpose.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance and updates may temporarily affect availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Verlink shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
